Staff and manager were rude! All I asked was what time does the seven kings one close as they told me they don't do check and send service for passport but seven kings do. I was told "I don't know that information" I said surly you should, I mean you do know that they do the check &send service. Manager joins into the conversation from behind and said we don't get paid to tell people this we are not trained to tell customers what other post office do and their information. I told him, yes actually that's customer service and you used to before. Bethnal Green branches are excellent with customers service! Surly you should have the closer branches open hours& phone number. Manager said "no me and my staff don't get paid to tell you this, we are not allowed to give it that is what we are told by head office!" rude!
