Doesn't take an expert to see this is a poorly managed branch. Just compare it to another one in a busier location and the differences are huge. Staff are SO poorly trained, and some are extremely rude. They speak and laugh with eachother in their own language in front of customers. They run out of chicken during busy periods and service can take 20-30 mins. The last time I went I placed my order, waited 15 mins and then was asked if I could show them my receipt. They then proceeded to pack my order using my copy of the receipt. The customers in the shop are noticiebly always frustrated with what they are seeing and the long waits...but it's KFC. So you just put up with it till another opens nearby.

When I came here they didn’t have any chicken available. Only zinger burgers. No sides available. I don’t eat lettuce and the worker got annoyed when I asked him for no lettuce on the burger and a little bit of supercharged sauce. They were speaking in their own language and laughing after I made my order. He then drenched my burger in the sauce and it was the only thing I could taste. Also all the bearded employees at other branches wear a net over their beards but the workers here didn’t.

Food is good on a good day. But rubbish on a day where you get served old food. Wings are always good every time I tried them. Service is below average. Went there last night 40 minutes before they was closing and was told only 6 wings left, and nothing will be cooked. I would really link to see what the owner would think of that. Paying for idiots running there store.

In my opinion staff is so nice but sometimes when the manager don't hire enough staff so the people who's working their has to do double of theirs duty work, So they get tired earlier everybody could be if he will do double of his job.. so Just the problem is that management is weak not the staff, nobody will be rude if you're sounds polite.. I appreciate them.

I am permanent customer since 20 years , specialy seven kings branch on my way and more than that KFC services plus food quality, taste .behaviour from previous staff was unbelievable, tremendous attitude towards customers but this is 2nd time I have been in touch with the latest staff, totally different 'sorry to say I didn't feel good , food not given as per demand. Previous staff always had a smile on their faces with best friendly behaviour now I challenge things ll change slowly. These are my very sincere opinions . God bless
