Unhelpful and rude staff at the chemist. When I asked to speak to a Pharmacist, he was reluctant to come over, talking to me from behind the counter.

Very disgusting service. Rude and un professional and non trained people sitting in the reception desk. My son is allergic to lactose and put a request for an alternative baby milk before Christmas. Still hasn't been approved by the GP yet. Will lodge a formal complaint against the management

If I could give a zero rating, I would. This has got to be the worst GP service as whole I have experienced. They don't pick up their phones for appointments and when you get through, they sometimes disconnect you and you have to start the whole phone call debacle again. I am very grateful that my children and myself included don't get ill a lot as I dread to think that I have to go in and sit at reception for hours before we can be seen. They should stop signing in new patients as already they are stretched beyond capacity. This whole catchment area for GPs is not helping especially in this case. Having a big building does not mean the services will be better. Just when you though the change of management would improve things....eeerrmmm, NOPE! I could go on, but I will leave it here.
