It's one of those surgeries where you have to call on the day for an appointment which means, if you work, you'll not know if you're seeing the doctor until you're already late.

Looks like you entered 1980 when you get inside. Receptionist lacks communication skills and courtesy. Dr sohail is also weak in character and weak in medical expertise. More concerned with note taking and googling your queries and giving a generic response. Terrible.
